Term and Conditions
Since airline tickets are issued well in advance of the actual departure date, we strongly suggest that you telephone the airline you will be travelling with to verify flight times at least 24 hours prior to departure. Due to strict security check in at least 2 - 3 hours prior to departure.
All matters related to passports, visas, tourist cards and other documents are your own responsibility.
In the event you need to change or cancel the following fees apply:
• Changes before ticketing: free-provided all fare rules are met as well passenger must cover any change in fare resulting from changes.
• Changes after ticketing: from $300.00 CAD Per person if permitted.
• Cancellation prior to ticketing date: No charge.
• Cancellation after ticket has been issued: from $300 CAD if permitted.
• Once travel has commenced the ticket is non-refundable.
